Visiting this website

The English pages do not load Yandex Metrica, record sessions or set analytics cookies. Fonts are served by this website. The Russian pages use a separate analytics preference. Until 17:00 Moscow time on 8 November 2026 they load Yandex Metrica by default, unless you have chosen to turn it off. You can turn it off with the analytics settings at the bottom of any Russian page. After that time they load Yandex Metrica only after consent, including a choice you saved on an earlier visit.

The web server processes your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and response status to deliver the page and diagnose errors. Access logs rotate daily with 14 rotated files retained. This can retain an entry for approximately 15 days, including the active log. We use this information for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website.

VDSina supplies our website hosting. We administer the website from Russia. The hosting provider processes information needed to deliver its service, and information we receive is accessible to us in Russia.

Contacting us

If you contact us, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to share. We use these to answer your enquiry and, if you place an order, arrange and deliver the service. When you order personally, we process information necessary for the steps you request or our contract. When you contact us for an employer, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing that business relationship. Records required by tax or other law are processed to meet those obligations.

Telegram processes messages under its own terms. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, production data or repository secrets in an initial enquiry. We agree a suitable access method before a trial or paid work.

Project access and international processing

The provider operates in Russia. Before accessing a repository or server, we agree who can access it, the hosting location, permitted data, retention and deletion. If we would process personal data on your behalf, we must first agree the required data-processing terms and any applicable international-transfer safeguards. We do not treat an enquiry or an analytics choice as permission to transfer project data.

We retain enquiry and service correspondence while needed to answer you, perform the contract, meet legal duties or resolve a dispute. The period depends on the purpose and applicable law. We can explain the applicable period for your records when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions, including records we must retain.

Contact us on Telegram @progonci to make a request. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate the records. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country. A privacy request does not require you to buy the service.
